Development Pattern Booklet – Waterwise Updates

With ongoing drought conditions in the state, Loci was tasked with revamping the Landscape Section of the Development Pattern Book for Daybreak. The document outlines the requirements homebuilders must adhere to in order to build within the master planned community. Loci worked closely with the client to review current practices and local ordinances to assist Daybreak’s commitment to sustainability. Loci’s involvement in the planning efforts included a complete review of the landscape styles, plant lists, park strip designs, graphic representation, and irrigation best practices.
