Marmalade Plaza

The Marmalade Neighborhood Plaza is located adjacent to the new Marmalade Library and new neighborhood developments rising in the center of the Marmalade neighborhood of Salt Lake City. The plaza will serve the greater neighborhood and will contain a mix of active and passive uses. It is designed to be the outdoor family room of the neighborhood.

As a gathering place for the neighborhood, the mix of uses and features include an interactive water feature, outdoor movable furniture, a grove of trees, children’s climbing structures and a great lawn. The plaza will host events associated with the library such as story time for children as well as neighborhood events such as movie night and yoga in the park. The Marmalade Neighborhood Plaza will bring together all residents of the neighborhood and provide a space for social interaction between diverse demographic groups.
