Harvest Mixed Use
Harvest is a mixed-use development by ClearWater Homes located in the Marmalade neighborhood of Salt Lake City. It is part of a three-part, phased plan by the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City to rejuvenate the northern gateway to the city along 300 West Street. Harvest, along with the new Marmalade Library and adjoining Marmalade Plaza, will attract full-time residents and create public destinations which will contribute to the activity and vibrancy of the neighborhood.
Harvest is designed to be a landmark residential community that sets a new standard for mixed-use development in the city through the creation of unique user experiences and amenities within the interior of the buildings and outdoor deck and landscape spaces. The outdoor amenity spaces include densely-vegetated planting areas that act as privacy screens for deck-level living units while creating outdoor rooms for various types and sizes of gathering spaces including multiple fire pits, a large lounge pool with deep plunge zone and sports bar-style lounges with billiard tables, large-screen TVs, and community dining tables.
