Bailey is a graduate of Utah State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. He has 3 years of professional experience creating resort like experiences that reside on the podium and rooftop levels of luxury multifamily buildings across the country. He has also worked on several high-end residential projects featured in the parade of homes in Salt Lake City. Bailey’s unique ability is designing and detailing in 3D, it helps him understand scale and how things are
built.
