Designer

For as long as he can remember Alonzo has had a love for outdoor spaces, both natural and designed. This passion was deepened during his time at Utah State University where he earned a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Sustainable Systems. Internship and employment experiences in landscape design-build, campus planning, and sustainability planning, outreach and engagement have served to further bolster his commitment to the profession and to broaden his skillset. Together, these experiences have fostered in him a desire to create lasting, responsible, and inclusive spaces, which he now enjoys doing as a designer at LOCI. When not working, Alonzo can usually be found adventuring in the outdoors with his family, reading books with his wife, or eating cheerios with his son.
