Seven Mile Ranch

Seven Mile Ranch is a four season destination residential resort community located in Bear Lake County Idaho, just south of St Charles City. As one of a kind lakefront luxury community over half of the 255 acres have been reserved for community amenities and provide natural open space corridors that provide a connection to the lake and preserve the rural charm that Bear Lake is known for.

Tying the community together is over 5 miles of trails for walking, runnning & biking, with additional connectivity though 7.5 acres of interconnected waterways with put-in beaches for non-motorized water activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Other incredible community offerings include clubhouse with onsite restaurants, event space, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, health and fitness center, indoor sports court & raquetball club, and game room. An outfitter will provide rentals for paddleboards, kayaks, rowboats and other gear & equipment to help residents and their guests take advantage of the many offerings throughout the community.

Additional outdoor amenities inlude pickleball & beach volleyball courts, a great lawn area that will host a music and event pavilion, and 3 community parks spread throughout the development.
