The Zephyr
The Zephyr is a new 8-story mixed use development in downtown Salt Lake City. The street level of the building contains a mix of active uses including a bar with outdoor dining, a gym and the leasing office and lounge.
The primary amenity deck, located on the third floor, is organized around a central spa pool and spa that leads towards the street. The deck contains a variety of spaces ranging from intimate and private to open and communal and can accommodate various events and activities. Bleacher step seating drops down from the pool area to a terrace above the street. The steps create an informal amphitheater where residents can sit and watch the activity on the street below or enjoy views to the Wasatch mountains. The main gathering area offers comfortable seating areas and outdoor firepits.
Above the amenity deck are two unique bridge decks at the 5th and 8th floors of the building. Each of these decks provide outdoor seating areas that look downwards on the main amenity space and outwards to the city and the mountains. The bridge decks also contain outdoor dining spaces and grilling stations. The indoor community lounge containing games, a kitchen and other amenities opens directly onto the upper bridge deck.
Each of the decks are heavily planted to create a green oasis offering a respite amongst the buildings of downtown.
